Rosemary Margarita
Next up on the experiment list? A delicate adaptation of the traditional margarita. This perfectly balanced sweet and sour cocktail highlights the aroma and delicacy of a pear.

| Punta Santos Tequila Liqueur | 1 ½ oz (45ml) |
| Pear Pure (The Perfect Puree) | ½ oz |
| Fresh Lime Juice | ½ oz (15ml) |
| Fresh Rosemary | 1 Sprig |
| Packet Monk Fruit in the Raw | 1 |

Method
Run lime wedge around the outer rim of a margarita glass and dip rim in salt. Set aside.
Fill the shaker halfway with ice.
Pour 1 ½ oz Punta Santos Tequila Liqueur, 1 ½ oz Pear Puree, 1 packet of monk fruit, and ½ oz of fresh lime juice.
Shake vigorously until chilled (12 seconds).
Strain into the margarita glass.
